Which Animals Can Be Sacrificed?

Sacrifice includes sheep, goats, cattle, buffalos and camels. While the males of these animals can be sacrificed, the females can also be sacrificed.

Camels must be 5 years old, cattle and buffalos must be 2 years old, and sheep and goats must be one year old. However, if the sheep has completed 6 months and looks as if it is one year old, it can also be sacrificed. The same situation does not apply to goats; the goat must be of age.

It is not valid to sacrifice any animal other than these animals.
